The Mediterranea Community is a 5-story gulf-front condominium complex containing 5 buildings. It is located off Scenic Gulf Drive and offers amenities including a pool, hot tub, beach service on 500’ of private white sand, beach gazebo, fitness center, and underground parking. Each of the 56 units feature Gulf views and are within walking distance to amazing restaurants
