Anne Bollinger
President
Anne Bollinger has worked with condominium and homeowner associations since 1998. As former owner of Anne E. Magdic PA CPA firm, she focused on Common Interest Realty Associations, providing auditing and tax services for about 75 associations. She serves as Treasurer for a resort in the heart of Destin where she is an owner. A licensed Community Association Manager, she has been the Director of Association Management for over 60 associations in the panhandle of Florida, Orlando, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama. Anne is also a former President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
Park Brady
Director
Park grew up in Orlando, Florida and after University at Florida served as a Pilot in the US Air force for 6 years. Park went into the Banking business and has been the start up owner of numerous businesses in his career including Restaurants, Hotels, Property Management, Long Term Rental and a Mail Boxes Etc. Park founded his first vacation rental company in Colorado in 1986. Park also founded a Vacation Rental Company and Real Estate Sales Company in St Simons Island, GA in 2005. Park's first Vacation Rental Company in Colorado joined with 11 other vacation rental companies in 1998 to start ResortQuest International NYSE. Park served on the original board of ResortQuest. Later Park became the Chief Operating Officer of ResortQuest and then the CEO of ResortQuest. He has been involved in over 350 Homeowners Associations during his career.
Bill Abbott
Director
Bill has been a Panhandle resident for over 40 years. In 1976 he founded Abbott Realty Services, Inc. and Abbott Resorts, and ran that business until 1998 when it was sold to ResortQuest International. Bill served on the original Board of Directors and was an active consultant with ResortQuest until it was sold to Wyndham Resorts in 2010. Bill holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license and has been very active in the Florida Panhandle community over many years. Bill served on the Florida Advisory Committee for Condominiums, Okaloosa County Economic Development Council, and has received numerous awards for his active involvement in local chambers and boards. Bill is presently Director and VP of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Club Master Board, President of Sierra Dunes Homeowner Association, Director and VP of Harbor Place Condominiums. Bill has been involved with over 75 condominium boards in recent years .
Joann Saucier
Strategy Director
Joann has been in Community Association Management since 1987. She was the Senior Regional Manger for Abbott Resorts and ResortQuest from 1987 to 2005. Joann has been involved in numerous community organizations and chaired several committees on the Walton County Tourist Development Council. Joann is the recipient of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Tom Creekmore Award for her leadership in CAM education. Joann also served on the Florida Advisory Committee for Condominiums.
